Reporting to the Director, Corporate Business Development, Global Corporate Program Manager will be responsible for the management and delivery of Corporate Programs to our Corporate Accounts.
Account Management and Growth
Manage effective ongoing relationships and support to existing corporate program members as per the group engagement and stewardship model.
Grow existing corporate program members.
Conduct ongoing needs assessments of corporate accounts to determine program enhancements or changes.
Act as an Ambassador of IIBA to all members of the organization, the Business Analysis community, our Chapters, Partners and broader business community.
Pro-actively seek new prospects, converting them to accounts through a structured enrollment approach.
Create, launch and manage enrollment campaigns in target markets and geographic locations. Track and report progress.
Corporate Product Development
Identify new and innovative products to leverage opportunities and address challenges as identified through information elicitation activities and community engagement
Manage complete corporate product lifecycle from conception to launch
Provide source data for product-related communications to support product marketing and communication objectives
Help develop appropriate marketing and sales strategies for corporate products
Plan and market new products by developing integrated plans in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders
Bring new products to market as per agreed delivery schedules and drive towards the return on investment (ROI) depicted in the business case
Launch products as planned, completing marketing and communications activities to support product launch
Corporate Program Enhancements
Assist Director, Corporate Business Development with assessment, strategy and execution of Corporate Program enhancements

University degree in business, information technology, or other related field.
7+ years of relevant working experience including experience in the following areas:
Business analysis or related field, including facilitation
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, including presentation skills
Strong relationship building skills
Strong project management skills
Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong leadership qualities
Exposure to IIBA and/or an IIBA certification (CCBA or CBAP would be a definite asset)
Global/virtual organization experience
Experience working with a member-driven organization
