The School Employees Retirement System of Ohio (SERS) is seeking a Business Analyst. We are looking for an innovative person who has strong attention to detail, an interest in technology, with a desire to build positive partnerships and work relationships.

The desired candidate will use clear communication skills to assist in developing and enhancing, new and existing business applications and processes. They will work with the user community, developers, and project teams to determine requirements and supports the design and testing of the application changes and related troubleshooting.

Required Experience

• Associate’s Degree with Computer Information Science or Business concentration; and

• Two years related experience and/or training; or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
